EAT & DRINK
We have farms, orchards, cows & also units where we make our own natural pesticides & manure on the mountaintop. Every year we try to improve our farming and varieties of salads, herbs, vegetables, and pulses are all coming up.
We create an evolving dining menu, where we invent healthy ways to cook food using local, organic, and innovative ingredients mostly grown on our farms or sourced locally in barter by our neighbouring farmers.
All meals are sourced locally or grown at the farm as per season. Food is cooked fresh in every meal by our in-house cook & is laid out in family style for all travellers. Non-vegetarian meals are also available on pre-order.
Self-sufficiency is still a dream, but being true to the land, we ensure that what is cultivated finds its way to the dinner plate as much as possible.
